Q.  What is HR Connect People Manager?

 

A.  HR Connect People Manager is part of our integrated Personnel and Payroll system which enables reporting managers to:

  1. View your staff details and job information such as cost centre and grade.
  2. Authorise annual leave, TOIL or Flexitime
  3. Record and monitor sickness absence and Fit Notes
  4. Run standard reports e.g. People Headcount
  5. View your teams personal learning accounts
  6. Record your teams PDR meetings and PDR documentation

Note:  Before access to HR Connect People Manager is granted you will first need to complete our Line Manager Statement
